Overview

The Department of Commerce in Business Process Services (BPS) was started in June 2016. The course is designed exclusively for the students to enlighten their minds towards Business Process Services. This degree would meet the demand of graduates who could be self-employed or to get into jobs of business process organizations. The course is innovative in nature and it was started by having an MOU with TCS along with Bharathiar University. The syllabus of this degree has been approved by the Board of Studies of our college and several other universities.

This program will enrich the students with relevant skills to manage business process which will meet the demands of industry apart from the fundamental education. Employability is promising in the BPS industry that is pertaining to managing business process such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, Capital Markets etc. There are 33 students enrolled in the year 2016- 17 with 2 Staffs including Head of the Department.
