Overview

Focus on a better curriculum in order to produce well qualified professionals who are abreast with all aspects of corporate sector. Our curriculum is to provide the most current knowledge and skills for the individuals to get them shaped as Entry/ Mid level professionals in the Corporate Sector. We provide real world perspective and institutional details, which will enable the students to understand the Corporate Sector better. The course covers modules on Capital Market, Mutual Funds etc.

The Course will make the students competent taking up wide range of responsible positions in the Secretarial, Legal, Finance, Accounts, Personnel, Administrative, Security Market analyst, Share Dealer, fund manager, Company consultant and Tax planner sectors.

PROGRAMME EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

  • To produce Competent Company Secretaries through appropriate teaching programmes.
  • To provide right skills, attitudes and values among the students by imparting training in reputed companies /corporate.
  • To make students competent in taking up wide range of responsible position in the Secretarial, Legal, Finance, Accounts, Personnel and Administrative department.
  • To impart the most current knowledge and skills for the individuals to get them placed at middle level professionals in the corporate sector.
  • To make the students to prepare for the Corporate Secretaryship Programme.

PROGRAMME OUTCOMES

  • P01: To provide ample exposure to the subjects in the field of Corporate Laws, Business, Accountancy and Management.
  • P02: The course equips the students the necessary skills and knowledge to act as middle level executives in secretarial practice, accounts, personnel executives.
  • P03: To develop knowledge and compete in the areas of law applying to corporate and solve the key issues around the functions and objectives of various laws.
  • P04: To expertise for the entrance requirements of professional courses like ACS, CMA,CA
  • P05: To acquire knowledge for entry level employability and to nurture the student in intellectual, interpersonal and societal skills.

  • P04: To develop the skills of research, analyzing, evaluating problems and taking business decisions.
